Rebuilt motor, the clutch is locked up solid.

It won't budge at all. I pull the handle it hits something solid, zero give.

It's not disengaged at all.

Anything obvious I should look for? These are original parts, just oiled yesterday, definitely not rusted together

Pull the right side cover.
Then watch the pressure plate as you pull the clutch lever.
Should get about 0.060" (1.5mm) travel of the pressure plate, like this:

Hmm something is up here

[/IMG]... This is as it sits won't go in further...

Except for the loose hubnut, looks about right. Press in on that mushroom shaped plunger in the middle while pulling the clutch lever. It should move in/out about 0.060"...

Somethings not right, that pic above is with left cover off.. Still can't push tabletop in.

Take clutch cover fiddle with it and it goes. The action is more or less smooth when I push pushrod by hand to the other side.

Why do you say hub loose? Lock washer behind it is compressed... Hard to see in that pic

Think I got it, something wasn't sitting right, and than was getting caught up. What a PITA and waste of time! Thanks for input
