Thanks for the help. I found a thread on here from 2012 where someone was selling custom kickstarts on here and on ebay. I have been unable to find their products. Any more help would be appreciated.

Get a cold beer and Google "custom kick start pedal". You will run out of beer before you run out of pedal options and ideas including expletive-deleted versions. If you're of a mind to fab your own, here's a good start from one of our favorite OEM parts houses. No mention of fitment for 650's though.
