Custom Tank work in the Canton, Oh Area

Hi guys, got a tank I would like to put on my XS650, but I need to have 2 spots made in the the tank for the dual petcocks. Anybody know someone in or around Canton, Oh that can do this kind of work?

I know you didn't ask about this, but simplify your life and halve your problems by using a single petcock. Fuel flow will be fine. Do not use a tee. Run fuel line to one carb, block off the other carb's feed fitting. The carbs have a connecting fuel hose.
