Me likey!!!’ My First street bike was a ‘75 900z1. Loved that bike. Had the neck raked 4degrees and a wiseco 1075 kit in it. She absolutely screamed. I had to get rid of it though as it was too much bike for me at the time, and thought I was going to kill myself on it.

wow !.... a very rare and valuable beast this side of the Pond

thnx guyz.
no title, guy owned it 15 years but never transffered title to his name, then lost the box it was in. previously titled Illinois, but no idea of PO name. vin and vin sticker are intact.
deer hit, forks slightly tweeked
tank, exhaust, front fender scraped dented.one side cover missing.
some rust
tach busted/useless seat torn
speedo OK 25,000 miles
kicks over, compression weak at best.
no turn signals, supposedly ran "2 years ago"
all the usual barn bike issues, brakes don't, battery dead, gas puked down carbs.
This is 78-79 last year ish of the "round cam" motor.
IMHO it''s hoovering just above parts bike status.

Thinking as is sale $1000

Van is my old Sprinter, very handy for bike transport, pushed shoved and stacked 4 XS650's in it one time.

2) XS650 motors and some cash.......

2800 miles always inside, good runner with title.
unfortunately it's got kickstart gear issues and they are inside the cases.

How embarassing it really wants to start even with really fuggled kickstart gears . So trying to nurse it through and fire it up, I was kicking real slow, it backfired, now my ankle is f*****d, I'm hobbling bad. A 200cc ???? the shame! It even has a compression release built into the kicker.
