Most XS cams are symmetrical but not all.
What does the grinders cam card say?
Who ground your cam?
Looking at the megacycle specs if they are not symmetrical the difference is less than 10 degrees and certainly not 20.
I remember that when I did measure the exhaust lobe centre it took me a while to read the degree wheel (actually a 360 compass) correctly.
The reason being is that you are now using BBDC and ATDC numbers
