Hello,
I'm pretty sure I'm screwed, about 10 years ago I bought a frame off Ebay, not an XS650 actually an XT500. It has a clear PA title and the guy signed it over but it wasn't notarized. Since Delaware doesn't notarize titles I didn't pay it no attention. Now that I have the frame out and ready to work on it my buddy tells me he just went thru this situation with a car and the DMV said now-way, PA titles hava to be notarized
I'm not sure I can even get a hold of the guy that sold it to me but I do have the name & address off of the title. Has anyone been thru this? Tell me my buddy is full of it, please!
