what's your thoughts on the dyno tune kit from mike's?

Two thumbs down. That kit was designed to be used with Heiden's 2-1 exhaust and a 750 big bore kit. It doesn't work well, if at all, on a stock or mildly modded 650. If you want a high performance needle kit, go to 650Central. He has one he put together featuring genuine Mikuni jets and needles. It would probably work better than the MikesXS offering. But, look before you leap. Talk to 3M and explain your bike's mods. He can tell you whether his needle kit will help or just be a waste of money.

Thanks for the information. I was surfing mike's and it caught my interest. Thought I'd ask the experts.

The Canadian needles and seats are recommended though.
