I have a stupid question about the seal kit from MikesXS. What is the smallest seal for? It's 13mm outside diameter and 7mm inside diameter. I've built two XS engines and haven't figured it out yet.

No, the clutch push rod seal is bigger outside diameter. I did use one as a clutch pushrod seal once. I machined an aluminum disk to fit the normal push rod seal cavity and then cut a pocket for the smaller seal. Used Locktite aluminum flange sealant to hold it in place. Worked pretty good.

Yes, it's the tach drive seal. It fits inside that sleeve that the drive rod sticks through and the cable attaches to.
