Should I assume that interchangeable with other new one means that 256-14611-02 can be used with 306-14611-00.See attached parts list

Not sure I understand the question? One's a muffler and the other is the header pipe. What exactly are you trying to do ?

I am confused by remarks column are they saying the XS1F is the same exhaust as the XS2View attachment 182324
Not necessarily the same, just close enough to interchange.
