Perfect weather on Father’s Day. I went with the wife to the Hamburger Haus in Dundee, Wi. The Hamburger Haus is a small take out place with picnic tables located in the Kettle Moraine area and a local favorite for motorcycles, hikers, and bicyclists. I was shocked to find it packed to the point where I couldn’t find a place to park the bike. A lonnnnnnnnnngggg line to the order window. Every bar, supper club, and food truck we rode by was packed. I guess people just wanted to get out. We eventually went to a gas station and had a lunch of chips and soda.
We got home after a three hour outing including lunch. Only rode ninety miles but it was one of the best Father’s Day rides I’ve had!
