Has anyone ever tried making a mold of an original seat pan and making a fiberglass copy? I recovered my seat about 10 years ago, and I really wish I had updated the foam. I'm thinking of redoing it but I don't think the original pan will survive. I think there's enough integrity to make a mold but the little teeth that are supposed to grab the cover are in rough shape. Working on a 75' standard seat, want to keep it looks fairly stock, but more comfortable.
