It wouldn't sail out of sight on a dark stormy night. The design is old, it would be slow, very slow, even a new one. The ketch pictured, it's pretty well stuffed, been out of the water how long?
I've been on the water all my life cruising, racing, sloops, ketches, I know boats, wouldn't touch it with a barge pole, you would sink 20k into it just to get it in the water, then you will need new rag....
Look for a second hand Hanse, or a Bavaria 43, quick, manageable by one person (if you have the skills required)
