Since inxs was so helpful in finding several plans for tube benders, I thought I'd ask about frame jigs. Has anyone build one? Have any good links or plans? Pros and Cons to different styles?

That's a good idea for holding the motor mounts in the proper location. It would be good to keep that installed if the frame is going to be powder coated if they send the frame through an oven to burn the old finish and grease off. Using a junk motor works too.

    That's a beautiful frikkin hardtail.

  10. Yeah it is. Lots nicer than a non-frikkin one. I wonder if its all original or just a stocker with the Frik mod.

If you look closely at the second pic you can totally see the uber-frikkin mod. It's tight.
