Front Rotor with more spacing

Anybody happen to know of a front rotor that is spaced out (toward the forks) an additional 1/8"-1/4" that is the same diameter and hole pattern as the xs? Its for a custom brake application. 1980 forks.

If not maybe I'll have to make an adaptor.
