I have a gas tank with a key for the cap. Has two small dings in the front from how the bars where turned upside down. They hit the tank when they turned. (It was not me) other then that looks to be in good condition. Looks like someone tried to line the inside of the tank And it is bubbling and smells bad. Again was not me. I bought that way. I am not going to use it at all. Had the rubber mounts and stock petcocks. Please make offer.
