This is my '81 Special that I bought just about a year ago. A budget-minded cafe project is what I told my wife, so winning the Pandemonium Brake Kit would be great, not to mention improving the braking. Handlebars are the stock bars from my 2000 Triumph Tiger, tailpiece from Glass From the Past, and seat from New Chruch Upholstery. Rearsets are next on my list.

Here's my ride. I have done some simple stuff but the front end needs to be gone over. the brake would make just the right addition.
