hey guys I got my bike running, and everything is great. The only thing is that it is very groggy, and jumpy in the low rpms. In almost every gear. Have any advice? I'm not sure if it is carbs or what but, any advice would be great! Thanks.

My advice is to specify what model you have, what modifications if any have been done, and what maintenance issues--valve adjustment, ignition, etc.--have been eliminated.

Timing or jetting comes to mind. If you have a mechanical timing advance I would check that it's fully retracting at low RPMs. If you are running a points ignition make sure they are clean and adjusted. Are the carb boots leaking? Check at idle by spraying WD-40 at them and see if idle changes. Does it have opened up pipes? If the slow circuit jetting is too rich or too lean... that would do it.
