Sold / Found / Inactive - Guys whats it worth

1978 with 29,887 miles clean title / new plates / 1 key signal lights gone /stator cover missing / tires are shot kicks over but I have not tried to start it
I put in a small magnet in the tank and came out with no rust particles
What's a good as is price 300-400 b/o ??? Central MN 56387 (St. Cloud area)
I'll attach a few photos including a couple of inside of the tank

I would think $400 is a good price but I would think you could get up to $800 if it runs.

Sold it to someone like us, who now belongs to the I'll own just 1 650 just 1 I promise club
$350 I think fair to both of us considering I got the 78 with a 75 for $700
So now I have 2 75's and counting

The 1 75 is a daily rider and I was going to use the other one for parts BUT it's so complete that I will pull a few parts off it and then I'm sure I will begin the scavenger hunt to get parts to go back on it
WTH I can take my time getting the parts

I bought my 1st one in 75 rode it for years sold it and then in 2013 the bug came calling
