Hanging idle BS34

My hanging idle appears to be due to air leak on the right hand side, out side throttle shaft seal ( carb cleaner and revs drop). I replaced all 4 when I rebuilt the carbs but this one appears to have failed? I am checking with Yamaha to see if they are still available, part number 256-14997-00-00. I am hoping just to remove the shaft circlip, mica washer and replace in situ. I think this should be possible, but any tips welcome.

Yes, on the BS34s, the outer seal on both carbs can be replaced with the shafts still installed. Yes, the seal is still available from Yamaha and it's recommended to use them. The ones from Mikes have had reported issues .....
