Hardbody springer onto xs650 neck

I have the opportunity to purchase a hardbody springer for my xs at a great price. my question is this.....has anyone done this swap? what is required? It has a 1" neck and says that it is a universal fit.....lol It looks exactly the same was the tc bros DNA springer. Can anyone maybe shed some insight into this.... thanks

its easy to do this swap..
just need to change the bearing... and modify a little the race

let me know if you need to know the code of the bearing you'll need
