Head removed, like input from those that know.

I pulled the head off and looking to get any input from on what you all think. I see the ware marks from the cam but they feel smooth, no flat spots that I can feel. What do you think, see any problem?

Nothing *looks* bad, it'll run like that.
But, if you really want to take it to the next level, measure the cam lobes, see if they're still in spec...
