I've literally just been to their shop in the Netherlands (which is home for me). They are a good bunch and very knowledgeable. The shop is not open all week, so very busy when it is. It just takes them a bit to respond to e-mails, just be patient.

Worry not Gerry will get back to you they are busy he will get back to you and you will get your parts with no duty fee or tax. Last time I dealt with them they were on Holiday as they call it but when he got back I got my stuff sent and I would order from them again no hesitation just can be in a real rush.
