Just wanted to introduce myself and my 82 Heritage Special. Bought it about a month ago from a good friend. Just finished going through the carbs and ignition system, got rid of a couple of oil leaks, adjusted valves, etc. Seems to run nicely now (I guess). Went for my first ride this evening. Good torque, very comfortable. Just as much fun to ride as it is to work on. Looking forward to talking with you all.
