CL find, Borrani rim WN2 x 21 made in Italy, tire is a 3.00 x 21 Firestone made in Spain. Axle is 14mm x195mm thread to cap. a couple of triangle emblems on the hub and brake plate. Thought this would be cool on a board track type build...
The bearings are 17mm ID there was a sleeve that pushed right out to fit the 14mm axle so bore the brake plate to 17mm make spacers and a torque arm, done. one flat spot on the rim probably easy enough to get it back in shape with wood blocks and a maul or the press. drum and shoes are like new. Kinda small front brake for a 650... but for the right kind of ride would probably be OK. linings are bonded and riveted to the shoes. I'll guess the rim dent event destroyed the forks and that was the end of the bike but thats just a WAG.

So anyone got any ideas on what it's from?

What a nice looking wheel! Hard work and dedication to the cause has its rewards.
