hi, i have a all stock 1978 xs650 special my father gave me. i cleaned the carbs, set the points and added new plugs. i have it running but it has a high idle around 4000rpm. Ive tried everything i could; adjusted mix screw on carb, synced butterflys, and i dont think the boots have an air leak i will check tomorrow. Would having the point ignition off cause this???
