Check out the "Pro-pad" series of mini airhorns (available on the flea-bay). They have a model that looks like an overgrown voltage regulator. There's a 'Youtube' video (w/soundbite) of a before-and-after on a Goldwing that'll convince you...

I use a Stebel-Nautilus. Not exactly a mini and needs a relay but 129dB pays for all.
