How do i get a rench on head bolt #11

Im re-torquing my engine head with the motor still in the frame and i cant get a damn wrench on bolt #11.
Does anyone know a way to make this work?
I wanted to torque it to spec with a torque wrench but im not so sure i can get an accurate reading on it given the location.

Hi Port,
it's been a while but as I remember, it involved a 10mm 1/4" sq. drive socket, u-joint & long extension up to a suitable torque wrench
and pulling the engine breather casting to gain access.

Be careful with that one. Just snug her down a little.
