How to extend throttle and clutch cables!!

Hey guys. I got a good deal on a xs650. I’m looking to but 10” t bars on the bike and make it my local bar hopper. Any advice on what to do to extend the cables so I can reach up to the 10” west coast t bars… if it’s not possible plz let me know. And if it is. Send me links to check out so I can find what to buy.
A couple old timers said “oh ya that’s easy blah blah” but I can’t find a “kit “ that is directly for the XS 650 cable extension.

Not done it myself but there used to be cowers and wires and end stops to buy and solder the ends
