Is there anyway I can bend this clamp on my triple tree back into position other than taking a hammer to it and hoping for the best, or does it need to be completely replaced? The main issue is that the bolt threading is not aligned so I can't clamp in my right fork :(

Top or bottom tree. If top I would just replace it. Bottom you might want to check for other bends. Use a c-clamp to clamp one side to a flat surface, check to see if the other side is flat on the surface, Then clamp the other side to check the first side.

I would replace for sure. You may slide the fork tube or a pipe of the same diameter in the tree slowly heat it and pull it together. You must totally inspect before using. Again this is a safety item and I would replace.

That's a bottom 'tree?
Torch it dull red around the curve and squeeze it shut around a hardwood dowel of the correct diameter.
DO NOT QUENCH. Shove it into a bucket of dry sand so it cools slow.
