I hung up my helmet 11 years ago following a stroke that left me with a balance...issue and a period of agonising. Then I bought another helmet and an SV1000. Then another until finally I realised I wanted to be too fast for my talent and ageing reflexes. Sold everything and after a period of reflection and longing plunged into the XS as detailed elsewhere. It’s in the blood; 40 years and the yearning never lessens...
