All I can say is he really CARES for his customers! I have had some issues with the Clutch kit off him(not his fault I may add!), and he has been a true man to his promise, the customer comes FIRST!

This really does encourage me to support him and others like him even more, knowing there is someone on the other side that understands and helps out, even if they not at fault!

Throw all doubt out the window if you had any, Hugh is the man!!!

It's always hard to match up a Username to a real person, so even though I have no idea what we did - hahaha - THANK YOU! We love our work, and stand behind our customers 110%

what you did is irrelevant, the fact is you actually did something about the situation, even though it was not you to blame! It shows you really do care about your customers! Very few suppliers would have done anything at all!

It just really helped me out with a build that has a very tight budget and no real give for cock-ups!

I WILL be back for more when I eventually can afford it!!
