I love the look of this lace job. I can't find any info because I am not exactly sure what it is called. I saw the rim a Two Wheel Mafia bike, and I really like it!

Does anyone know any information about it? Does it lack strength being laced this way? Or was that a stock lacing? What is it called??? Really curious....
