One of these old B&D Work Wheels makes an excellent polishing tool with a cotton wheel attached. I found mine for $20. I dont know if these were sold Stateside or not. They were sold from the late 70s to 1983.

Weird, I've never seen a blue one.

Thats a neat little setup. Little more ergonomic than an angle grinder.
I usually run 7" AirWays on a 9" grinder or Variable Polisher.
