Yeah Jim; your blaster glass will dull again. Try wiping some Pledge or WD40 on it a few times, but caution , this could give you Fish Eyes on painted parts if left on the part.

No fair you took the picture next to the exhaust just to throw us for a loop!

And in "Typical Jim Fashion" he even has the support screws on opposite sides to keep things nice and balanced.

You know what really makes that design so great is the tie wire going down that keeps the pieces from swaying when the paint hits them! That and 360 degree access. Great idea!

About as good as it gets this time of year. Got one medium and one heavy coat of epoxy primer on....

Here's why I like using a gloss epoxy primer. Hard as you try... there's always some bodywork missed. Because the primer dries gloss, they're easy to find after the paints dry.

Just finished catching myself up to date on this excellent resto thread! Your bike is going to look great! I really like how you approach and solve problems. Keep it coming Jim. I've already utilized your scotchbrite cylinder hone to smarten up my drill press spindle.
