Went to Montfort and got in our winter supply of popping corn from rural route one. Part way through the ride it went back to pouring gas on the road at idle and stop. But seemed to be "OK" on the road, so completed 160 miles round trip. It's back on the lift.

What bars are on the bike?

The last long ride of 2021?
Yeah, quiet possibly... Spent an hour out putterin' around ' for the same reason. No pics... didn't see anything worth shootin'
Back in the hanger with a few satisfied pops and crackles as she cools down.

"Euro" bars on virago risers (1" up 1" back) quite comfortable for the tall guy. Colorado siligrips keep the hands from going numb.
V-star mirrors.
Sources? I put bars on my tracker that are too wide. I can't slide switch gear and levers inward to cut an inch or so off each end because of the bar bend. Current span is 33 tip to tip and 27 inches or 29 would be nicer.

Many small independant cycle shops tend to carry or can order Emgo products.
They may not be the STRONGEST handlebars ever.............
Is there a history of them failing? I don't mean tumbling down the highway and bending, but, sudden off road excursions where everything was under control until the bars bent....(don't ask me how I know)

Nah never heard of a failure, but in the hand they don't heft like a set of off road strength h-bars.
Typical of Emgo, a less expensive alternative with some cost cutting?
I've prolly installed many sets, all were fine. got about 10K miles on the set on madness.

I’m on my routine trip to the farm for meat. I took the Eleven Special.

Grilled oysters with butter & Parmesan. In addition to the oysters, they had roasted a pig.
Also, whiskey tasting! I did like the Blue Note Crossroads. Very nice.
What’s this?
Mississippi fife & drum.
The young lady also sings the blues with the drum line. The music came to Mississippi from Senegal.
For more, she is Sharde Thomas and The Rising Stars.

I saw this ‘77 Mark V on the way home. Lee Davis and I had to have a talk!

For you uneducated young'uns... :sneaky:

The missus lived in Carson (South Central LA) and I was a Field Engineer for Hughes Aircraft working in Lemoore NAS. '83 to '85. I ran the grapevine on my XJ650 many a time courting that girl from afar when ATT charged by the minute.
