LED side reflector mod

I've thought it would be nicer to have more side visibility as night, so I mounted side LED's where the reflectors go.
I took power off the top of the rear fender wiring junction, and just grounded to the frame attachment point.
Because the stock reflector is 5m and the reflector is 6m, I needed to make a small adaptor out of aluminium
I didnt want to try and tap the original mount for fear of not enough material and mucking it up.

Very nice, I’m all for added visibility if you ride at night. When I used to commute to work, my bike was bristling with extra LED’s, it makes a huge difference.
 
What if you wired your high beam into your horn circuit as an added attention grabber?
Hadnt thought of that.
How would one do that, since the horn if full time hot, and only goes off when grounded?
If simple, I would consider it.
 
Well I cant tell you step by step since I haven't actually attempted it but I don't imagine it'd be hard at all. It was just a thought but now I might figure it out tomorrow.
