LED turn signal query

Putin new turns front and rear and the appropriate flasher. Everything was flashing together. Did some quick search and saw if you pulled the turn indicator bulb it would cure it. I thought it would be a joke but gave it a shot and it worked. There has to be more to the story and a better fix so any help would be good.

LED's have so little draw that enough current can flow through that single indicator bulb to flash the other side. There are "no polarity" LED indicator bulbs now that might fix it. Or you can use a pair of diodes wired like this.
