Left Engine Cover Interchangeability?

i just picked up a '75 XS650 at Barber Vintage Festival and it needs a left side engine case cover. What years will interchange? Thanks

Any year should work except 70-71.

Saw a 75 with a sold sign on it in a swap meet booth................

There was a change to the cases and left engine side-cover during the 75B model/year. It is small but does make a difference if a later side-case cover is used on the earlier cases. An earlier side-cover could be modified to fit the later case.
