SR500 disc is a 5mm thick disc ? matched accomodating hanger ? If so, this doesn't seem to be a match to the right side XS disc which is 7mm. Is this assumption correct ?

Same caliper as on the XS650, just a mirrored copy for the left on the SR500.

Run either dual XS650 7mm rotors, dual SR500 5mm rotors, or dual XS1100 5mm slotted rotors; Yamaha spec'd them all with the same caliper.
