Bought it new in 1972. Some crash mods from 1976: handlebars, mufflers, turn signal delete, front fender bob, flat black side covers, Norris Flat Track Cam. Last run in 1990; working on getting it going again. The seat pan is totally rusted out.

'79 XS650SF US bike, now in Melbourne, Australia.

Stock motor with foam pods, upgraded mufflers, nitroheads seat and pretty much everything else rebuilt.

You know spring is getting close when they start migrating to the heated garage.

I wish I could heat the garage up, without it costing a fortune. I think it's about 6 times as deep as a month ago.
