Anyone know where I might be able to buy rubber boots like this for the end of clutch and brake cables? Cables are hood but old age has disintegrated the boots. Some of the stuff I found on ebay is crazy priced.

I have found the Harley Davidson motorcycle clutch cable boot a good replacement for the MMM brake cable ends. Free length is 5", 7" stretched, and 2" fully compressed. Ends are approx 1/2" and 3/8" OD and can be stretched over the cable ends with a tapered tool. Old part number 38630-88, new part number 145238, cost about $6.00 Cdn/US.
