loss of horsepower

I just replaced the choke and fuel connection lines between the carbs on my 75.
When I took it out for a ride it had no torque or power to the wheel. It seems like a fuel or air problem where do I start diagnosing this?

Nevermind. Got it.

And the problem was?

Upon closer inspection it seems my spark plug wire was holding my right side throttle open. I rerouted it and now all is right with the world.
