Saw this for sale on eBay. Interesting way to make those heavy steel early calipers lighter.
Make an ali piston for it as well, every little bit helps.
Keep the air in the holes hot so it will be even lighter...
Nah... if @halfmile had done 'em, the holes would go all the way through.... and there would be a lot more of 'em....Those probably came from halfmile's garage...

Another eBay find. I've seen some pretty cool-looking drilled brake plates, but this is not one of them.
It's being billed as a WERA AHRMA racing plate. Note the shortened lever arm -- more stopping with less toe movement.
Sez you...I did NOT drill that brake plate.
Actually, I believe ya.... ain't enough holes....
