Yup, it’s that time of year again, and the inventory is pretty awesome! I saw most every old bike I’ve ever owned and a lot that I drooled over. Lots of really old and obscure stuff, classic Japanese, tons of British bikes and Harley’s, Indians, race bikes, dirt bikes and some really rare stuff. Here’s a link, If you click on the days of the week on the left side of the page and see every thing that will go on the auction block that day.

One of three XS2’s for sale. This one claims to be un restored with only 2000 miles and rolling on the tires it left the factory on.

Read over 1700 m/c's go'n under the hammer. Was told the Cb450's wasn't do'n well..so Honda sent out kits to make the Cb ..a dirt bike... As for the Xs1.....wonder what the VIN is.... I know when first issued....No Turn signals... no seat strap.... as the model line continued .. them drop'd the fort gathers, add'd signals, strap and the standard round tail light. My Xs1 is.. VIN (off the top of my head)... something like #670. This weekend.. another online auction over in Appleton, Wis..... several bikes I'm interested in..... but, I must be... adult. (…. maybe )

Interesting I don't think the fork tubes or side covers shined like that when new on the showroom floors. First time I think I've seen a rack on the back of a XS2. Wonder if that was a factory option? I like it. Nice bike.

I'm watching the Barret-Jackson auction right now. No motorcycles, just cream-of-the-crop, top shelf mechanically (and cosmetically) perfect specimens of the automotive arts. Unless they let in "tire kickers", that place is packed with people with WAY too damned much money....

They do let tire kickers in :D, Ive been to the Barrets auction in Scottsdale three times. Tickets are pricey but I always weaseled some free tickets. It’s an absolute blast! The best car show you’ll ever go to!

I hear ya brother! One of the best looking bikes of all time, in my book!

I had most of one of those A75's.I put electrnic ignition on that badboy and got it running good. Put Koni 7610's on her. Was taking it to be sniffed and about there the middle rod let go. That ended that project. The frame and engine got sold. The shocks are on "The SG".

The first XS2 sold, there are two better ones yet to be auctioned.

Here are a couple I would’ve liked to have,

The first of two Hurricanes, the one yet to come up is nicer.

And just a sampling of some others,
    F097C5AF-BE10-4F3D-BE6D-A3ED65433243.jpeg 1D504797-2B7F-46C1-8CA1-813DF45BDFCA.jpeg 005A79C7-69CC-4AE5-B6B3-2CDF2A7C73AB.jpeg 5CB3C049-EA5D-4790-921E-62C207505F9F.jpeg B7E4540C-CC13-4D9F-860C-DC4C93223AD1.jpeg 8D5B6D83-A7C6-449E-AEC9-24445770A3FA.jpeg

This doesn’t even scratch the surface, so many nice bikes, so much variety. It’s always a little surprising how much some bikes bring and how some nice bikes can be had very reasonably.

There were quite a few that topped $100K. And the last days of the auction have some pretty nice bikes coming up.

All the XS2’s have now sold, here are the last of them,
    3569E257-FDCD-4286-8D86-69930389F14F.jpeg

This one, I thought might’ve gone a little higher. All original very low miles, rolling on the original tires.
    52DB713D-B9A4-4627-A10D-724EA507084E.jpeg

They are still not in old British bike territory even though it’s nearly 50 years old. Early Honda 750’s , Kawasaki Two stroke triples , and especially Kawasaki Z900’s are starting to bring some serious money.
