Sweeet! If she runs and rides as good as she looks, you got a Super ride there!

YES!! Another tracker . Nice detail with the disc centres matching the tank. Must pull finger out and finish mine.

Sorry I am a lousy typist but here is the build

Chasis is a 1974 ,all lugs and brackets ground off and brackets welded on for the rear dic master cyl

Front forks from a 1978 with dual disc

Rear swing arm from an 81 special

Motor is a 74 with a 750 kit and 34mm roundslide Mikunid

Wheels 18 inch front and back

Glass Omars as is the Miler exhaust and fork brace

Think thats it
Also have a mint stock 1977

Should run it this weekend

Next build is a cafe racer if I can find another XS they are not too easy to get here

Cheers and thanks for the nice comments

Paul

i'm flattered. glad my trials and tribulations could be of some help.

I hemmed and hawed about the headlight like you've used versus the number plate I used. I like the look of your setup. what headlamp/brackets did you use?

I did the same humming and hawing over the headlight vs plate..... finally thought the number plate looked too much like a racer for me
Headlight is Genuine replacement fro XS 650 Direct

Your build looks perfect I have some stuff I did well and some I would like to do again
regards
paul
