new guy with a 79 xs 650

new to the world of the xs, i just picked up a 79 xs650 a week ago pretty cheap. my plans are to get it running and ride it, than maybe restore it or turn it into a chopper.
i came upone this page while online looking for parts, so i decided to look through it and said i gotta be a part of the cool place and share my xs and story with everyone like they did. just want to say thanks for letting me a part of this and hope to meet some great people on here.

Not a bad looking bike, just needs a little cleaning is all. Re-do carbs and upgrade to a Pamco electronic ignition.

got my bike to start today, now i need to figure out why my headlight and left turn signals dont work. is there a way i can wire up a toggle switch for a ignition switch?
