Wanted - pamco and advancer

Hey guys, I am looking for a pamco suitable for the Eadv unit. Recently had to re solder mine and I would like a spare. It doesn't look like Mikes or Pete sell the unit separately from the combo.
Also I am looking for a replacement advancer "knob" for the end of the advance rod.
