i bought a pamco ignition about 2 years ago with intentions of installing it on my '79. life gets in the way, kids, new kids, house renovations. sportster project.
yesterday i decided to replace my battery and do some much needed maintenance. i put new carb boot holder on new petcocks and installed the pamco ignition and coil. i havent finished setting the timing, but the bike kicked on right away much more responsive, idles perfectly. since ive taken the blinkers off and directly wired the headlight, i'll finish stripping the factory wiring harness off and wire up a simpler system.
last summer i installed the spin on oil filter kit from 650cetral, love it. so badass!
thank you pamco, i'll be putting this ignition on the next 3 projects i have in the works. this is genius!!
