parts engine in my area

there is a local listing in my area for a parts motor mostly complete. he says make him a reasonable offer or it's going to the scrap yard. I emailed the guy and he said make him a reasonable offer. What should I offer him???

Slightly higher then what the scrapyard will give him. Plus you haul it away so he wins twice and you both come out good!

i just wrote him back telling him id come get it today if he'd accept 50. Mine only has 9000 miles on it so its not like i need it. just nice to have a backup. we'll see what response is...keep u posted. thanks
