As is where is, but ready to ride.
Those are new wider rims, SS spokes, front brake upgrade, lots of other mods, tweeks, changes made. Bike is a special II. Was my wife's bike but she grabbed a Radian I just fixed up. Due for a battery, charging system working perfectly.
